Charles E. Westfall 77 of Charleston passed away August 19, 2012 at Hubbard Hospice House. Charles retired from the City of Charleston, Civic Center Maintenance Department and was a former employee of the State of West Virginia. Survivors include his wife Lilly Mae Westfall; sons, Keith Westfall, Larry Westfall and Charles Westfall, Jr., all of Charleston; daughters, Wendy Spencer of Charleston, Lisa Comer of Kenna and Deborah Withrow of Charleston. 14 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday August 23, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor John Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in the Westfall Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.
