Obituary

Charles Ryan Taylor
Charles Ryan Taylor, 31, of Charleston, passed away, October 12, 2016.
Ryan was a very hard worker and jack of all trades. He loved sports and was a talented athlete. He played baseball his whole life and loved to be on the field. Ryan was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing any chance he got. Family was most important to Ryan and most of his time was spent with those he held dear.
Ryan truly had a heart of gold. He would do anything for anyone no matter who they were, or what it was. Everyone he met loved him immediately with his loving and giving nature, he was a charmer. Ryan had several catch phrases that he always used that will be greatly missed and never forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Opie and Mary Taylor, as well as several other family members whom he loved.
Surviving are, his parents, Charles and Robin Taylor of Charleston; beloved daughter, "Catfish" , Addyson Marie Taylor; sister, Allison Taylor; girlfriend, Alicia Filbin, whom he was crazy about, grandparents, Eugene and Gayle Bailes of Cottageville; and multiple family and friends.
Ryan cherished every second that he had with Addyson. He enjoyed watching her excel in soccer. He took great pride in how well she did in school. Ryan and Addyson loved to build Legos, challenge each other in board games, play Barbies, and spend as much time as they could outside together.
A special thanks to the "Cousins Union" for all of the love and support that they have always given Ryan. He truly loved every one of you and all of the time he spent with each of you.
Funeral service will be 2 PM Sunday, October, 16, at Kanawha Two Mile Gospel Tabernacle, with the Rev. David Taylor officiating. Private burial will be at a later date in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.
Visitation with the family will be two hours prior to the service Sunday, also at the church.
