Charles Richard Casto, 84 of Charleston, WV passed away October 29, 2021 at CAMC Memorial Hospice. He was born in Charleston, WV to the late Odie Casto and Agatha Parsons Casto. Charles was retired from the Charleston National Bank Trust Department after many years of service and was a member of the West Virginia Bankers Association. He is survived by a numerous number of family and friends. A Special thank you is expressed to Sam Price for taking such good care of Charles for the last four months. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 31st, 2pm at Cunningham-Parker Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
