Cecil Lee Boggess

Cecil Lee Boggess, 88, of Charleston, WV, passed away August 12, 2922 at Hubbard Hospice House West.

He was the owner/operator of B&B Paving, Inc. which his son and grandson now operates as Mr. Asphalt, Inc.  Cecil also worked as a foreman for Orders and Haynes Paving and was a member of Operating Engineers, local 132.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hartford R. Boggess and Violet HaynesBoggess, and grandson Christopher D. Boggess.

He is survived by children, son, Gregory (Sherri) Boggess, daughters Carla Boggess and Sherry Higginbotham, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM August 20, 2022 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Pastor Travis Bradley officiating.  Burial with Military Honors will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.  Visitation with the family will be held 2 hours prior to services, also at the Funeral Home.
