Carlene Fay Kinser Oxley, 88, passed away on May 27th, 2024. Carlene was born on September 19th, 1935 to the late Carl Kinser and Malinda Crowder Kinser.

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Chester Bailey; and her beloved husband, Stanley Oxley.

A Dupont High School graduate, Carlene went on to a long career at Charleston National Bank (later Chase Bank). She loved spending time at the beach, traveling and gardening. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church.

Brimming with warmth and kindness, Carlene always had a smile for everyone. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A family graveside service was held May 30th at Jenkins Cemetery, Rich Fork, Sissonville.
