Carl E. Smalley Carl E. Smalley, 84, of Dunbar, left this earth surrounded by his loving family to meet his Creator on June 15, 2014. Mr. Smalley retired from Consolidated Freightways after 28 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Sue Smalley; sons, Paul Smalley and wife, Tonna of Charleston, Edward Smalley and wife, Kay of Tomball, TX, and Keith Smalley of Frisco, TX; sister, Phyllis Cooper of Dunbar; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, with Pastor Ray Parsons officiating. Burial will follow at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
