Beulah May Jones, 77, of Kenna, passed away peacefully at the Hubbard Hospice House, July 3, 2018 with family and angels by her side, after a long illness.
Beulah was born August 14, 1940, in Charleston, WV. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Orville "Bud" Jones, parents, Haskell and Ruth Newhouse Burdette; brothers, Uklet, James and Kenton Burdette.
Beulah is survived by her four children; Becky Barnard (Toby Shaw) of Bridgeport, Tammy Kinder (Marty) of Sissonville, Barbara Smith (Ray) of Sissonville, and Orville (BJ) Jones of Kenna; sister, Lilly Bostic (Bob) of Kenna, and brother, Roger Burdette (Martha) of Sissonville; eight grandchildren, including Jeremy Barnard (Jessica), Randy LeMaster (Leanna), Sarah Sell (Rickey), Nikki Hilbert, Mark Boggess, Owen Jones, Abbigail Jones, and Alice Jones; three great-grandsons, Easton Jones Barnard, Mason Paul Sell and Max Parker Sell.
Beulah was a homemaker and her life revolved around her family. She loved having friends and family at her home for gatherings, gardening, canning, sewing and after Bud passed, spending time with her companion, Harley Jo (dog).
In keeping with Beulah's wishes, there will be no services. Memorial donations in memory of Beulah can be sent to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston, WV 25311.
