Betty Louise Oxley, 80, of Sissonville, passed away October 30, 2010 at Hubbard Hospice House. She was a member of Union Valley Gospel Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her Parents, John P. and Carrie E. Taylor; and her Loving Husband of 58 years Noah Oxley. She is survived by her Daughters, Sharon Oxley at Home; and Pam Withrow and her husband Glenn of Liberty. Grandchildren, Jason Withrow and his wife Cindy of Eleanor; and Melissa Dillard of Liberty. Great Grandchildren, Ivory, Katie and Nicholas Dillard.
