Betty Farmer Betty Farmer, 75, of Charleston, passed away, March 5, 2012. Betty was retired from Thomas Memorial Hospital, with 20 years of service, was a member of Davis Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, and was treasurer for the Chandler Drive Women's Club. She enjoyed camping with her family. Surviving are, her husband of 36 years, Jim Farmer; daughter, Sherry Cadle and husband Shawn of Germantown, Ohio; grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua, Hannah, Mary, Rachel, Abbey and Joanna Cadle all of Germantown, Ohio. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with the Rev. William K. Berry officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar. Visitation with the family will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
