Barbara Jean Smith, 74, of Charleston passed away April 21, 2010 at home. Her infectious Smile and Unique Wit will be Deeply Missed by all who knew her. She was predeceased by her Husband Gerald "Jerry" Smith; Son, Jeff Smith; and Sister, Carol Ann Anderson. Surviving her are Sons; Gerald Smith, Jr. and wife Terri, and Bobby Smith and Wife Katrina, all of Charleston; Daughters, Tonya Smith and husband Jackie Atkins of Charleston, Kelley Stewart and husband Roger of Hurricane and Georgianna McGinnis, and husband John, III of Montgomery; Brother, Thomas C. Zirkle, Jr. of Alum Creek; Sister, Juanita Means of Charleston; 15 Grandchildren; and 6 Great Grandchildren. Also surviving are several Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family at Highview Unity, and her beloved four legged Companion, Fuzzy. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Saturday April 24, 2010 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. Visitation with the family will be 2 hours prior to services on Saturday.
