Barbara "Jean" Miller 67 of Charleston, devoted wife, mother, sister and friend passed away peacefully at her home after a long illness on Tuesday May 7, 2013. She was born to the late John Arthur Bailey and Delcie Annette Bailey. She was preceded in death by brothers Johnny, Jackie and Jerry Bailey. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Thomas; daughters, Becky Taylor Cominos and Mary Annette Mullins, all of Charleston; sisters, Judith Taylor of Nitro, Jayne Ann Gibson of Clendenin; and brother, Jim Bailey of Sterling, Ohio. She leaves behind many extended family members to cherish her memory. Jean will be cremated with a Memorial Service to be held at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, 1325 Washington Street West, Charleston on Saturday May 11, 2013 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services on Saturday.
