Obituary
Aubrey Karol Lilly 84 of Charleston passed away December 28, 2017 at CAMC Memorial Division.
Aubrey was a retired mechanic with the West Virginia Department of Highways, was a loving husband, father, and faithfully attended the Sugar Creek Community Mission Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents Cary J. and Esta Harrison Lilly; loving wife, Sylvia; brothers, James, Milford Ray, Joseph, Marlin and Douglas Lilly; step-daughter, Mary Holmes Campus.
Survivors include his sons, William "Bill" Holmes of Charleston, Jerry Lilly and fiancée Noka Powell of Charleston; sisters, Eleanor Nickell of Rocky Fork, Lenora Vanatter of Port Saint Lucy, Florida, Joretta Bailes of Derricks Creek and Luretta Evans of Charleston. Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members who are also left to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 Tuesday January 2, 2018 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Gerald Rhodes and Rev. John Hensley officiating. Visitation with the family will be two hours prior to services also on Tuesday. Burial with Military Graveside Rites provided by American Legion Post , St. Albans, will follow in Guthrie Cemetery, Northfield Drive, Charleston.
