Arthur Lee Mayer Arthur Lee Mayer, 85, of Charleston, passed away September 22, 2015. Arthur was a former security officer with Pinkerton Security Company, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Rucker Mayer, and infant son, Clifford Lee Mayer; brothers, A. P. Mayer, and William Mayer; sister, Bettie Jane Jenkins. Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Pauline Sizemore Mayer of Welch; and brother, Felix Mayer and wife, Nicky of Baltimore, MD; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 12 PM, Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home, Charleston, with Bishop John Leithead officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
