Anna Marie Young
Anna Marie Young of Charleston went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2022.
She was born December 31, 1923 in Charleston, daughter of the late Rev. Dewey and Reba Ramsey.
Anna retired from CAMC Memorial Hospital and was a member of Open Door Apostolic Church, Charleston.
Preceding her in death were her sister, Elizabeth Watson; brothers, Eugene, Joseph and Thomas Ramsey.
Survivors include daughters, Dorcas Eskew and husband Larry of Alum Creek, and Carolyn Walker of North Palm Beach, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, James and Lois Ramsey of Pearland, Texas.Five Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; Five Step-Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Open Door Apostolic Church, Charleston with Pastor Chris Sowards officiating at a later date.
