Almalee Goff, 86, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on August 6, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter L. Goff, Sr.; and parents, Ernest Jake and Elva Fern Heislop. Survivors include her loving children, Brenda L. Tyler, Rita A. Goff, Walter L. Goff, Jr., and Phyllis J. Carpenter, all of Charleston; half-brother, James Goodwin of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Melissa A. Goff, Travis Bayes, Stacie McCormick, Michael Bayes, Trey Goff, and Leslee M. Tyler; great-grandchildren, Joshua E. Goff, Isaac C. Bayes and Mason M. Bayes; and wonderful caretakers, Dee Nida, Brenda Miller and the staff of Kanawha Hospice. In keeping with Almalee's wishes, services and burial will be private.
