Alice Raye Neal 78 of St. Albans, WV, formerly of Overland Park Kansas, passed away April 9, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston. She retired from Kansas City Life Insurance Company and was a former employee of The Virginian Theater, Charleston. Alice moved to Kansas City in 1968, and was a Graduate of Charleston High School, Class of 1952; she loved Classical Music and Dogs, and was a big fan of Castle television show. Preceding her in death were her parents Raymond Smeltzer and Lenora Ellen Rucker Neal and sister, Nancy Rule. Survivors include her sisters, Naomi Joyce Harrison and husband James of Goldtown; Ruth A Boggs and Frances Neal both of St. Albans. Also surviving are several Nieces and Nephews who are also left to mourn her passing. As per her wishes there will be no visitation or services. Her cremains will be interred at 3:00 PM April 13, 2014 in Almost Heaven Family Cemetery, Harrison Ridge .
